At Textminded, we've developed a simple, four-step process that ensures that you get the results you're looking for in a cost-effective way:

1. Analyze your source language in relation to the language of your intended audience
2. Translate your materials with an eye on each word to convey the proper cultural meaning
3. Edit and proofread your translated text for a high degree of accuracy and consistency
4. Return the completed translations to you in the same format and layout as your source files (when feasible)

How We Ensure Translation Accuracy
We know how important it is to be accurate, not just in the words of your message, but in the meaning as it relates to the culture you're targeting.  To this end, we assign a minimum of two NATIVE language linguists to each of your projects: one linguist completes the actual translation, while the second validates and proofreads the material.

How We Ensure Accuracy in Large Translation Projects
If your project is a large and complex one, it doesn't mean accuracy will suffer.  When your large projects require several translators, we'll prepare a glossary and a style guide at the outset, and send them to you for approval.  Once it's approved, your translators will follow the same convention so that you'll get consistency in terminology and in writing style.  We also deploy Translation Memory (TM) and other tools for large projects, which give us, and you, an additional level of quality assurance.
